Model 1810 Shako (1810-12)

The standard french pattern shako worn by infantry and cavalry alike.

A hand blocked singfle felt body with moulded leather top. 198mm high and 240mm wide with a 41mm turndown edge.
20mm base leather with rear buckle. Sheep (Basan) leather liner with linen adjuster.
Painted 70mm leather cocade, brass chinscales and 40mm brass side bosses.

Entirely hand made and sewn with linen threads in the UK.
