Made famous by Tarleton's brigade in the 1770's, this is the later, taller pattern cap worn by light cavalry up to 1812.

The later, taller style of the famour 'Tarleton' helmet.

Worn by light cavalry up to 1812 and yeomanry units till the 1830's

Blocked leather skull, with 'duck bill' peak. Leather sweatband with linen adjuster.

Woolen pleated turban, with rear pad and tassels and a stuffed graduated crest of black goat skin.

Brass side reinforcements, peak edging, side chains and regimental legend bars above the peak. Available in brass or tinned finish.

Regimental side badges available to commision.
