Gilt Vellum & Check lace strap epaulette (2" wide by 5 1/2" long) and large bullion crescent.
Mounted on a canvas body with blue cloth backing. Embroidered buttonhole.
Tape shoulder and button ties

2 rows of bullions (18 medium over 20 finer bullions ) with a yellow silk padded crescent beneath
